Proceedings at the request of the Lombardy Region (updated to 20/01/2020) (Art. 35 of Legislative Decree 33/2013)

Pursuant to Article 35 of Legislative Decree No 33 of 2013, Regione Lombardia publishes proceedings at the request of a party within its jurisdiction. Frequency of update “Never” = the dataset published at the deadline provided for by the legislation does not change, except for errors and corrections依据2013年第33号立法令第35条之规定，伦巴第大区(Regione Lombardia)会应其管辖区域内一方当事人的申请，发布相关诉讼程序材料。 更新频率标注为"从不"，即依据立法规定的时限发布的数据集(Dataset)，除错误修正外，不会发生任何变更。
