VPRS 17051 Court of Petty Sessions Attachment Book

This volume documents applications for debt attachment, a process whereby someone (the complainant) who has won a judgement before the court seeks payment from the other party (the defendant) by obtaining an order to have a third party's debt to the defendant paid to them instead thus either fully or partially satisfying the judgement amount.
