VK906_MaxEnt_dryad

Environmental data is in ASCII grid file format for VK906. This is a non-proprietary text file format for gridded data. This file format describes the number of columns and the number of rows, the origin in the lower left corner, the cell-size, and a value or no-data value for each cell starting in the upper-left corner. ASC grids were used for Bathymetry, Slope, and Aspect. Bathymetry is the depth below sea-level. Slope is the value in degree or slope percentage between adjacent cells. Aspect is the direction of slope between adjacent cells. Slope and Aspect were derived from Bathymetry collected with a multibeam echo-sounder. CSV files contain the UTM location for each coral collected and an attribute that was analyzed in MaxEnt. (Clone ID, Color, and MSAT Lineage)
