PBMC

This is the PBMC dataset which includes TSS detected by CamoTSS and the cell type annotation. We did not use the gene expression matrix in our dataset. If you need that, you can download that matrix from original source accoring to the access in our paper.本数据集为外周血单个核细胞（Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cell）数据集，包含由CamoTSS检测得到的转录起始位点（Transcription Start Site）以及细胞类型注释信息。本数据集未提供基因表达矩阵。若您需要该基因表达矩阵，可根据本论文中载明的获取方式，从原始数据源下载该矩阵。
