Dataset accompanying the manuscript entitled "Low-pass sequencing increases the power of GWAS and decreases measurement error of polygenic risk scores compared to genotyping arrays". As part of Experiment E in this manuscript, we assayed 120 cell lines using the Illumina GSA v3.0 in triplicate. This dataset comprises VCFs containing variant calls from the first batch of replicates (out of three) of these assayed cell lines. The other two batches comprising the other two replicates of all these individuals can also be found on figshare.
