"This dataset was generated in an in vitro study where 3 cell lines (Caco-2, HT29-MTX-E12, THP-1) were cocultured in 6.5 mm Transwell® with 0.4 µm Pore Polyester Membrane Insert to mimick the intestinal environment in order to assess the potential anti-inflammatory effects of several chemical compounds.
The cell viability was calculated using a Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8, Sigma) by measuring WST-8 bioreduction in single cell lines.
This dataset includes single measurements for each sample."
