The first data sheet includes the processed data, i.e. gene diversity within and among replicate populations, calculated for the chromosomal marker as for the combination of chromosomal and toxin gene marker, as well as the mean toxin gene gain and loss per replicate population. The second data sheet includesthe raw data. For this, the genetic background of 10 clones per replicate population was determined as well as the presence of three toxin genes.
