Supplementary Datasets (DatasetS1-3.zip) for "Dynamic evolutionary history of spiralian-specific TALE homeobox genes in mollusks"

Three datasets (.fasta) files are included. <br> DatasetS1.fasta Aligned sequences of SPILE-D genes<br> <br> The aligned amino acid sequences of the SPILE-D clade genes. The alignment was conducted by mafft with L-INS-i option.<br> <br> DatasetS2.fasta<br> All TALE homeodomain sequences used for phylogenetic analysis. <br> <br> DatasetsS3_MyTrinity.fasta<br> De novo assembly fasta file of scallop <em>Mizuhopecten yessoensis</em> RNA-seq. RNA-seq reads listed in below were downloaded, and trimming of adapters and quality filtering were conducted using Trimmomatic v.0.37 (Bolger et al., 2014); parameters for quality filtering were set as LEADING:20 TRAILING:20 SLIDINGWINDOW:4:15 MINLEN:36.
