This layer gives the limits of prevention of the members of Antwerp, Zonderot and Kiel, as defined in the Geological 3D model of the Flemish subsoil – version 3.1. The Geological 3D model was drawn up under the Flemish Government’s management agreement with VITO, known as VLAKO, on behalf of the Flemish Planning Bureau for Environment本图层给出了弗拉芒地下层地质三维模型（Geological 3D model，版本3.1）中定义的安特卫普、宗德沃特与基尔三地的防控限值。该地质三维模型由弗拉芒环境规划局委托，依据弗拉芒政府与VITO签订的代号为VLAKO的管理协议编制完成。
