<p>This dataset contains the data from the Council’s Annual Budget. The budget is comprised of Tables A to F and Appendix 1 &amp; 2. Each table is represented by a separate data file.</p><p></p><p>Table A is the Calculation of the Annual Rate on Valuation for the Financial Year. It is comprised of a number of sections and a series of calculations to determine the Annual Rate on Valuation.</p><p>The data in this dataset is best interpreted by comparison with Table A in the published Annual Budget document which can be found at www.fingal.ie</p><ul><li>Section 1 of Table A contains the Budgeted ‘Expenditure’ and ‘Income’ per Council Division and the ‘Estimated Outturn’ per Council Division for the previous Financial Year.</li><li>The ‘Gross Revenue Expenditure and Income’ is the total of section 1</li><li>Section 2 of Table A contains ‘Provision of Debit Balance’</li><li>The ‘Adjusted Gross Expenditure and Income’ is the total of Section 1 and Section 2</li><li>Section 3 of Table A contains ‘Provision for Credit Balance’, ‘Local Property Tax’ and ‘Pension Related Deduction’</li><li>The ‘Amount of Rates to be Levied’ is the ‘Adjusted Gross Expenditure and Income’ minus the total of Section 3</li><li>Section 4 of Table A contains ‘Net Effective Valuation’</li><li>The ‘General Annual Rate on Valuation’ is the ‘Amount of Rates to be Levied’ divided by the ‘Net Effective Valuation’</li></ul><p>Data fields for Table A are as follows –</p><p><strong>Doc</strong> : Table Reference<br /><strong>Heading</strong> : Indicates sections in the Table - Table A is comprised of four sections; each section is represented by a sequential number in the heading field i.e. Heading = 1 for all records in the first section; etc.<br /><strong>Ref</strong> : Item Reference (In section 1 = Division Reference; In other sections, DB = Provision for Debit Balance; CB = Provision for Credit Balance; LPT = Local Property Tax; PRD = Pension Related Deduction; NEV = Net Effective Valuation)<br /><strong>Description</strong> : Item Description<br /><strong>Expenditure</strong> : Expenditure for this Item<br /><strong>Income</strong> : Income for this Item<br /><strong>PY</strong> : Estimated Outturn for this Item for previous Financial Year</p>本数据集包含芬加尔市政委员会年度预算相关数据。该预算由表A至表F以及附录1、附录2构成，每张表格对应一份独立的数据文件。 表A为**本财年度按估值计征的年度税率计算表**，其包含多个板块与一系列计算步骤，用以确定本财年度按估值计征的年度税率。 本数据集的数据需结合发布于官网www.fingal.ie的官方年度预算文档中的表A进行解读，方能获得最佳阐释效果。 - 表A的第1板块包含各市政委员会分部的预算"支出"与"收入"，以及上一财年各分部的"预估最终执行数"。 - "总收支（Gross Revenue Expenditure and Income）"为第1板块的总计金额。 - 表A的第2板块包含"借方余额预留金"。 - "调整后总收支（Adjusted Gross Expenditure and Income）"为第1板块与第2板块的合计金额。 - 表A的第3板块包含"贷方余额预留金"、"本地物业税（Local Property Tax, LPT）"与"养老金相关扣款（Pension Related Deduction, PRD）"。 - "应征税额总额（Amount of Rates to be Levied）"为"调整后总收支"减去第3板块的总计金额。 - 表A的第4板块包含"净有效估值（Net Effective Valuation, NEV）"。 - "按估值计征的通用年度税率"为"应征税额总额"除以"净有效估值"。 表A对应的数据字段说明如下： - **Doc**：表格引用标识 - **Heading**：表格板块标识——表A共分为4个板块，板块序号将在Heading字段中以连续数字体现，即第一板块所有记录的Heading值均为1，其余板块以此类推。 - **Ref**：项目编号引用（第1板块中为分部编号；其他板块中，DB代表借方余额预留金，CB代表贷方余额预留金，LPT代表本地物业税，PRD代表养老金相关扣款，NEV代表净有效估值） - **Description**：项目详情描述 - **Expenditure**：对应项目的支出金额 - **Income**：对应项目的收入金额 - **PY**：上一财年对应项目的预估最终执行数
