Data for "Optical control of conductivity type and valley polarization via persistent photoconductivity in (Pb,Sn)Se quantum wells"

Files: Low-T Magnetoresistance.zip: Contains all the data related to magnetotransport measurements. That includes high-field data (folder 'PbSnSe_QW_high-field_data') for samples A and B, and the FET data for sample D (folder 'Sample D\FET_Results'). All the rest was obtained in the HelioxVT cryostat using a 9 T magnet. The file also contains 'HelioxVT_MR_summary.pptx', which is an extended report on MR data for internal use. Spectral studies.zip: This file contains raw data obtained from studying PPC spectral characteristics. Mostly, it is the temporal dependencies of the resistance measured under and without illumination. Mainly used data formats: DAT: Original plain-text tabular data. TXT: Either original plain-text tabular data or a text file with notes. OPJU and OGGU: Origin project of graph files. It can be viewed with the Origin Viewer (https://www.originlab.com/viewer/). PY: Python file with the script for the k*p model calculations. IPYNB: For plotting complex plots, OriginLab had a hard time processing and dealing in a vector format PPTX: Files with the preliminary notes about the measurement outcome were used during discussions about the experimental results.
