Apelin 13 breaks the immune cell route from lung to brain [RNA-Seq]

We treated HUVEC with Apelin 13 or siRNA of Aplnr to investigate the impact of Apelin 13 and APLNR knockdown. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 7 different conditions. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for Static vs flow, flowCont vs flow with Apelin 13, siCont vs siAPLNR in both static and flow conditions.
