Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): Table containing surface plates related to grade A6 easements (harmful water flow) in the Upper Rhine

Category A6 easements relate to noxious water easements attached to drainage land remediation work. They were established pursuant to Articles L.152-1 and R.152-1 to R.152-16 of the Rural Code. Their effect is the obligation of any owner to withstand on its bottom the passage of the underground or open-cast pipes necessary for the flow of harmful water. This resource describes the surface plates of Grade A6 easements confused with their generators, i.e. areas where harmful water is disposed of.A6类地役权为附着于土地排水整治工程的有害水地役权。此类地役权依据《农村法典》第L.152-1条及第R.152-1条至R.152-16条设立。其效力为：任何土地所有权人均须容忍在其地块基底内通行用于输送有害水的地下或露天管道。 本数据集所描述的为与其生成源（即有害水处置区域）相混淆的A6类地役权地表图斑。
