Structure of transmembrane and extracellular part of CD95-L trimer

Modeled structures of CD95L trimer bound to POPC membrane. One file with waters present, the second without waters. The model was obtained using YASARA (v.19.9.17) with default settings for homology modeling, using CD95L trimer (PDB: 4MSV) and predicted structure form AlphaFold V2.0 (P482023) as templates. HM was performed in order to resolve non-crystallized parts and to generate complete protein model. Obtained structure was prepared using Protein preparation wizard in Schrödinger (2013-3) and POPC membrane model added between amino acids 81-103 of each CD95L monomer.
