NRS-17677 | Multi-Purpose Ledger

This series records (i) admissions to, and discharges from, the Hospital; (ii) daily totals of in-patients; (iii) the daily receipt of provisions by the Hospital; (iv) expenditures as they are incurred. The volumes are printed so that each contains four sections in the four appropriate formats.The sections of each volume have, for the most part, been kept up independently. When a particular section in one volume is full, a new volume is started, but entries continue to be made in the other sections in the older volume, often for several months, before these sections are also commenced in the new volume. 该系列以分卷形式印刷，每卷均包含四个适配格式的独立章节。各章节的编排大多相互独立：当某一卷中的某一章节内容填满后，便会启用新卷，但旧卷中其余章节仍可继续录入条目，通常数月后新卷的对应章节才会开始收录内容。部分案例显示，旧卷后续录入的条目会被转录至新卷中。
本系列中关于入院情况的记录，与NRS 17683——入院登记册——的对应部分内容重复。
尽管该系列档案整体保存较为完整，但仍存在多处磨损痕迹，表面多有摩擦与磕碰，尤其书脊处的半包皮革装帧出现了明显的开裂剥落。
