NRS-2430 | Weekly state of the Hulk [Phoenix]

These volumes contain numerical returns showing numbers of: various grades of officials on the establishment, convicts in hospital, for trial (various courts), under sentence (state, destination etc.), detained, government convicts (at various places), total actually confined, vacancies, and total capable of being confined. The volumes also contain reports on general conduct, number of boats and their condition, the state of the hulk, and return of total prisoners showing increase and decrease.
