PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inorganic fiber sheet having excellent fire resistance as well as heat resistance. SOLUTION: The heat-resistant inorganic fiber sheet is an inorganic fiber sheet containing 51-99 mass% of an inorganic fiber and 1-49 mass% of a hydrous silicate mineral. After treating the inorganic fiber sheet in an atmosphere of 200°C for 1 hour， a tensile strength of the inorganic fiber sheet is 0.75 or higher of its tensile strength before the treatment， and a tensile strength of the inorganic fiber sheet after calcination in an atmosphere of 500°C for 2 hours is 0.70 or higher of a tensile strength of the inorganic fiber sheet before the treatment.
