The indicator measures the number who had previously been the subject of a child protection plan, or on the child protection register of that council, regardless of how long ago that was against the number of children subject to a child protection plan at any time during the Year, expressed as a percentage Source: CPR3 statutory return form local authorities to Department for Children Schools and Families (DCSF).
