Multi-case-study database on European-scoped agroforestry biodiversity research

This database consists of separate csv-files per study with extracted means, error values and variables for agroforestry treatments and potential controls addressed within the case-studies. The supplementary methods file contains the metadata of all columns extracted. Data was extracted at the highest resolution possible in terms of site characterization and taxonomic grouping. A living version of this database is available on GitHub so it can be adapted and updated easily. The current database contains information of 115+ case-studies performed in temperate (also considering mediterranean, boreal and alpine systems) regions. This material will be published to the broad audience when the underlying material has been peer-reviewed and fully published.
