Meat and dairy consumption patterns in the university population of Guanajuato, 2023

The main purpose of this dataset is to analyze meat and dairy consumption patterns in this population group, allowing us to identify how frequently students include vegetables in their regular diets. The information was collected through structured surveys, specifically using a food frequency questionnaire developed by the National Institute of Public Health, an instrument widely used in nutritional studies in Mexico.
