MYCN cooperates with WDR5 to activate canonical MYC targets and cooperates with G9a to repress neuronal differentiation genes. Overall design: IMR32 cells were transfected with control siRNA (siCtrl) or G9a siRNA (siG9a) and cultured in complete medium for 72 hr, then ChIP experiments were performed using ChIP-IT High Sensitivity Kit (Active Motif ).
