This repository contains the dataset and R code used in the study titled "Meta-analysis and Machine Learning Reveal Key Drivers of Microbial Carbon Use Efficiency Under Nitrogen Enrichment". The study performs a meta-analysis on soil microbial carbon use efficiency (CUE) under nitrogen addition and applies MetaForest machine learning to identify key environmental and management moderators.
