Gene expression of free-living Symbiodiniaceae Cladocopium goreaui in response to elevated temperature

This dataset is comprised of 6 samples (15 ml algal suspension per sample) collected from two treatments (Control and High Temperature). Freshly collected Cladocopium goreaui were exposed to treatment conditions for a week, resulting in a valuable insight into gene expression in free-living Symbiodiniaceae. In combination with preciously published datasets, this transcriptomic resource will facilitate detailed investigation of the effects of elevated temperature on Symbiodiniaceae C. goreaui and its implication for the symbiosis.
