Processed RNA-seq data from a study of metabolically reprogrammed senescent cells under different treatments

This dataset contains processed RNA-seq analysis files supporting the research article "Structural evolution of carbon frameworks realizes in vitro interfacial transport in metabolically reprogrammed senescent cells for senolysis". The data were derived from transcriptomic profiling of metabolically reprogrammed senescent cells under different experimental conditions.
