CZ CELLxGENE Discover is a large-scale single-cell data platform supported by the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, and is one of the world's largest single-cell transcriptome databases. The platform hosts over 1,900 datasets, encompassing approximately 165 million unique cells, covering 1,130 cell types and 449 tissue types. The database provides standardized single-cell data exploration, analysis and modeling services, including functions such as data browsing, gene expression analysis, cell type guides, and identification of differentially expressed genes.
