Fecal Microbiome Transplant in Food Allergy Identifies a Role for Bile Acid Metabolites in Oral Tolerance

This dataset contain 26 metagenomics sequencing files from 13 patients enrolled in a peanut allergy fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) trial. Samples were taken twice per patient at baseline and 4 months after the FMT. Please refer to a publication with the same title for more information.
