Comparison of gene expression of fibroblasts in WT pigs, 3KO.9TG pigs and PERVKO.3KO.9TG pigs

RNA-Seq expression measured as log2-transformed transcript per million (log2TPM) for all transgenes and porcine endogenous genes in PUVECs and fetal/ear fibroblasts of WT pigs, 3KO·9TG pigs, and PERVKO·3KO·9TG pigs. WT HUVECs are included for a compariso.本数据集针对野生型（WT）猪、3KO·9TG猪及PERVKO·3KO·9TG猪的猪脐静脉内皮细胞（Porcine Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells, PUVECs）与胎/耳成纤维细胞中的全部转基因及猪内源基因，测定其RNA测序（RNA-Seq）表达量，表达量以log2转换后的每百万转录本数（log2TPM）量化。本数据集同时纳入野生型人脐静脉内皮细胞（Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells, WT HUVECs）以用于对照分析。
