The effects of early systemic neuroinflammation on the brain's response to further inflammatory insults in the hipppcampus at the single-cell level

To identify how an early life first neuroinflammatory challenge affects th brain's response to subsequent challenges. Overall design: We estabilished a neontal two-hit model: for the first hit, mice were injected subcutaneously at P3 with 5mg/kg lipopolysaccharides (L) or saline (S);for the second hit, mice received 5mg/kg LPS (L) or saline (S) intraperitoneally. Animals were divided into four groups: SS, SL, LS, LL. Mice were sacrificed at P15, 24 hours after the second hit. Hippocampal tissue was prepared for single-cell sequencing.
