Occupational diseases – Instruments

The model for reading the number of occupational diseases uses a core of the “special language” of Inail. The core of the special language consists of 76 words and phrases (and organised in the form of vocabulary). ** List of letters** — a – causal agent, agriculture, other activities, other causes of negativity, year of protocol (of the case), crafts, absence of disease reported, absence of etiological link in unscheduled disease, absence of risk in unscheduled disease, unprotected activity; — C – lack of valid documentation, case of occupational disease, age class, impairment class, ATECO code, ICD-10 code; — D – biological damage, date of administrative definition, date of death, date of protocol (of the case), date of detection, administrative definition, denunciation of occupational disease, denunciation-report, request out of time; — and – fatal outcome; — F – deductible; — g – gender, management, tariff management, days of incapacity, average days of disability, current degree of impairment, degree of overall impairment, large tariff group; — I – in capital, preliminary investigation, direct annuity, survivors’ pension, transitional annuity, compensation, industry, industry and services, non-existence of causal link, indemnifiable without payment for contributory irregularities, unsuitability of risk in unscheduled illness, unsuitability of risk by nature in unscheduled disease, unfitness of the risk in terms of duration and intensity in disease tabled; — l – processing, place of birth, place of treatment; — m – occupational disease, untabled occupational disease, calculated occupational disease, disease tabled beyond the indemnifiable period, lack of consent to treat the disease, medical radiologists, impairment, protocol month (case); — n – negative, not determined; — P – on behalf of the State, unprotected person, positive, territorial insurance position; — R – Responsible forensic medical examination; — s – place of employment, sector of economic activity, asbestos silicosis; — t – rate, premium rate, tertiary service, insurance protection; — U – European Union (EU); — V – item. The thesaurus was built on the words of the core of special language; it proposes some main chains of lemes, which are significant for the use of the data reading model.
