Campylobacter Isolates from cases of human campylobacteriosis collected in Australia 2017-2019. Campylobacter

Campylobacter isolates were obtained from human fecal samples collected in Australia (Australian Capital Territory (ACT), New South Wales (NSW), Queensland (QLD) and Victoria (VIC) from 2017 to 2019. The samples were collected as part of a case-control study. This project contains Illumina WGS read sets for 532 isolates. These isolates are part of a study investigating the sources of Campylobacter for human campylobacteriosis in Australia
