RAG1 Alignment

Nexus file containing phased alleles from RAG1 sequences of Javan Crocidura. This alignment was used to generate the gene tree in Figure S1.本数据集为一份Nexus格式文件（Nexus file），其中包含爪哇鼩鼱（Javan Crocidura）RAG1基因序列（RAG1 sequences）的分相等位基因（phased alleles）。该序列比对（alignment）被用于生成补充图S1（Figure S1）中的基因树（gene tree）。
