Gene expression profile at single cell level of PBMC from a CID patient (P) caused by IRF4 p.T95R heterozygous mutation and an age-matched healthy control (HC)

To assess the global changes in PBMC subsets distribution and gene expresion of a CID patient (P) caused by IRF4 p.T95R heterozygous mutation, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) of PBMC isolated from P and HC PBMC were isolated with the use of Ficoll density gradient centrifugation and analyzed using scRNAseq.
