Data availability

The supplementary materials include three complementary files that support the reproducibility and transparency of the proposed methodological framework. The file "AHPG_PCAF_Inferential.py" contains the complete Python script that executes the study's statistical and inferential workflow, construction of the AHP-G and PCA-F vulnerability indices, multivariate analyses, Spearman's correlation, Wilcoxon test, Bland–Altman analysis, Beta regression, and Bayesian modeling. The file AHPG_PCAF_Inferential.xlsx provides the complete statistical outputs generated during the analyses, including the correlation matrix, KMO statistic, Bartlett’s test, eigenvalues, communalities, vulnerability indices, and inferential model parameters. Finally, df.xlsx is the consolidated database used in the study, containing the demographic, socioeconomic, urban infrastructure, and flood-susceptibility variables used to construct the socio-environmental vulnerability indices.
