The Urban Planning Code defines two types of areas for municipal maps: however, there are special cases:- Graphic documents may define sectors reserved for industrial or craft activities, in particular those incompatible with the neighbourhood of inhabited areas.- They delimit, where appropriate, the areas in which the reconstruction of a building destroyed by a disaster is not permitted.- The installations necessary for collective equipment, agricultural or forestry exploitation and the development of natural resources are not covered by the principle of inconstructibility resulting from a classification.《城市规划条例》（Urban Planning Code）为市政地图划定了两类用地范围，但存在若干特殊情形： - 规划图件可划定专门用于工业或手工业活动的地块，尤其是那些与居住区环境不相容的地块。 - 此类图件可视情况划定禁止灾后损毁建筑重建的区域。 - 因用地分类产生的不可建设原则，并不适用于服务于公共配套设施、农林开发及自然资源开发的必要设施。
