GWAS Summary Statistics: Sex Differences in LDL-C Genetic Architecture in All of UsThese files contain genome-wide association study (GWAS) summary statistics for statin-adjusted LDL-C measurements generated from the All of Us (AoU) Research Program (v7). Summary statistics are provided for three analysis groups: cisgender women (n = 54,189), cisgender men (n = 32,511), and a combined cohort (n = 86,700) of diverse self-reported racial and ethnic identities. Phenotype: LDL-C measurements (mg/dL) (LOINC: 2089-1, 18262-6, 18261-8, 49132-4, and 13457-7) were adjusted for statin use by dividing by 0.7. Measurements were restricted to a biologically plausible range (20–300 mg/dL) and limited to the most recent measurement per individual. Individuals with familial hypercholesterolemia or outside the age range of 21–80 were excluded. Genotype data: AoU GRCh38/hg38 v7 ACAF whole genome sequencing call sets. Analyses were restricted to autosomal biallelic SNPs passing quality filters, with a minor allele count (MAC) > 100. LD pruning was performed (r^2 < 0.2, 50-SNP sliding window, step size 5). GWAS software: REGENIE v2.2.4. Covariates: First 10 genetic principal components, age, age2, and sex (combined cohort only).
