This is a database of conducted public consultations on Greece's OpenGov eParticipation platform. It comprises of all draft legislations, contributions and the corresponding voted Bills from 2009-10 (where OpenGov was first created) until 2023-07. This dataset was created in the context of my thesis titled "Impact Analysis of Greece's OpenGov Public Consultation Contributions on Final Legislation". Details can be found on the github repository. The database is in an sqlite dump and compressed format.
