Perimeters of prescribed and approved RPPs, in the Department of Allier — 2018

The Risk Prevention Plans (PPR) were established by the Act of 2 February 1995 on strengthening the protection of the environment. The PPR tool is part of the Law of 22 July 1987 on the organisation of civil security, the protection of the forest against fire and the prevention of major risks. This layer contains — for an approved RPP: the overall RPP regulatory zoning envelope, — for a prescribed RPP: the overall envelope of the prescribed perimeter.
