Methylation Array Data From PBMC Cell Lineages Derived From Control, At-Risk and Early RA Patients

Data is derived from samples from three groups using the ACPA assay ‘anti-CCP3’: anti-CCP3(+) without IA (termed ‘At-Risk’), Early RA, and anti-CCP(-) Controls. Peripheral B, memory and naïve T cells were separated and analyzed for methylation array analysis. Bisulphite converted DNA from the 382 samples were hybridised to the Illumina Infinium MethylationEPIC chip.
