Judicial parties of Castilla-La Mancha

Judicial parties are territorial units formed by several neighbouring municipalities. Each judicial party has one or more courts to resolve conflicts that arise between the inhabitants of the municipalities that constitute the judicial party. Law 38/1988 of 28 December 1988 on Demarcation and Judicial Plant establishes the number and demarcation of the judicial parties and Law 3/1989 of 18 May 1989 on the Judicial Parties of Castile-La Mancha determines the specific determination of the capitality of the judicial parties, according to criteria of population of the municipality, historical settlement of judicial bodies and provision of the necessary infrastructure for the justice service.

司法管辖区（Judicial Party）是由若干相邻市镇组成的地域单元。每个司法管辖区配备一个或多个法院，用于调处构成该司法管辖区的各市镇居民之间发生的纠纷。1988年12月28日第38/1988号《区划与司法建制法》确立了司法管辖区的数量与区划范围；1989年5月18日第3/1989号《卡斯蒂利亚-拉曼恰司法管辖区法》则依据市镇人口规模、司法机构的历史设置情况以及为司法服务提供必要基础设施的标准，明确了司法管辖区首府地位的具体判定规则。
