AVIDa-hIL6是一个由免疫了人类白细胞介素-6（IL-6）蛋白的羊驼产生的抗原-重链抗体重链可变域（VHH）相互作用数据集。利用VHH的简单结构，通过DNA测序技术可以识别完整的氨基酸序列，AVIDa-hIL6包含了573,891个抗原-VHH对的氨基酸序列。所有抗原-VHH对都有可靠的结合或非结合标签，这些标签是通过一种新颖的标记方法生成的。

AVIDa-hIL6 is an antigen-variable domain of heavy chain of heavy chain antibody (VHH) interaction dataset produced from an alpaca immunized with the human interleukin-6 (IL-6) protein. By leveraging the simple structure of VHHs, which facilitates identification of full-length amino acid sequences by DNA sequencing technology, AVIDa-hIL6 contains 573,891 antigen-VHH pairs with amino acid sequences. All the antigen-VHH pairs have reliable labels for binding or non-binding, as generated by a novel labeling method. The dataset is split into training, validation, and test sets, containing 459,121, 57,300, and 57,470 samples respectively. The labels are binary, with 1 representing binding pairs and 0 representing non-binding pairs.
