Data from paper: High clonal diversity and spatial genetic admixture in early prostate cancer and surrounding normal tissue

For this project 4 patient samples have been sequenced using scCUTseq (single cell DNA sequencing), two prostate cancer and two breast cancer. Furthermore, the following cell lines were sequenced using scCUTseq, TK6, SK-BR-3, IMR90, MCF10A, and S2.Due to data being patient sensitive, please contact Nicola Crosetto ([e-mail]) to request data.
