Generation and characterization of pancreatic duct organoid culture system from non-human primate

Although the pancreatic duct plays important roles in exocrine function and cancer development, analyzing its function is challenging due to the lack of a reliable in vitro culture system. We have generated pancreatic ductal organoids from non-human primates and analyzed their gene expression using RNA-Seq. In this study, we provide RNA-Seq datasets from pancreatic organoids stimulated with IL-4 or IL-13. We found that markers of a specific cell type, known as tufted cells, appeared after IL-4 or IL-13 stimulation.
