Industrial Asset-Level Electrical Energy Dataset from a Manufacturing Facility (15-Minute Aggregates)

This dataset contains asset-level electrical energy measurements collected from a medium-scale manufacturing facility over an approximately one-year observation period in 2025. The dataset is derived from SCADA-based monitoring of a heterogeneous fleet of energy meters, including both Ethernet-enabled and RS-485 devices integrated via industrial gateways and PLC systems. The publicly released data consists of fixed 15-minute aggregated energy and power metrics (Gold layer), derived from high-frequency telemetry using a forward-hold integration approach. The dataset includes 43 monitored assets and 172 asset-phase streams, with explicit data coverage and reliability indicators provided for each interval. Data are provided in partitioned Apache Parquet format, with mirrored CSV exports included for accessibility. Conversion between formats has been validated for equivalence. The dataset reflects real-world industrial monitoring conditions, including irregular sampling, staged commissioning, and documented instrumentation issues. It is intended to support research in industrial energy analytics, load profiling, forecasting, anomaly detection, and data-quality assessment.
