2D and 3D solid state NMR spectra of segmentally 15N,13C-labeled HIV-1 virus-like particles

2D and 3D solid state NMR spectra of VLPs formed by the HIV-1 deltaMA-CA-SP1-NC Gag construct, with and without bevirimat (BVM). Raw data are in Sparky *.ucsf format. Sparky *.save and *.proj files are also included.本数据集涵盖由HIV-1 deltaMA-CA-SP1-NC Gag构建体形成的病毒样颗粒（Virus-like particles, VLPs）在添加与不添加贝维里马特（Bevirimat, BVM）时的二维及三维固态核磁共振（Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, NMR）波谱。原始数据采用Sparky *.ucsf格式存储，同时附带Sparky格式的*.save与*.proj文件。
