WMS INSPIRE BPL Urban development plan on the area west of the French Road

WMS service of the urban development plan “Stadtbauplan about the area west of the French Road” of the city of Ludwigsburg, which was transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.本数据集为德国路德维希堡市“法兰西大道西侧区域城市建设规划”对应的网络地图服务（Web Map Service，WMS），该服务基于版本5.0的XPlanung规划数据集，且已按照欧盟空间信息基础设施（Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community，INSPIRE）规范完成转换。
