Genomic, chromosomal, and ecological differentiation between cryptic Eurasian malaria vector species Anopheles messeae and Anopheles daciae

We study the level of genetic differentiation between different populations of Eurasian malaria vector species Anopheles messeae and Anopheles daciae. Our methods include whole-genome sequencing (individuals and pools), karyotyping and sequencing of diagnostic markers (ITS2).
