Development plan HafenCity 3 Hamburg

The development plan HafenCity 3 for the area east of the Sandtorhafen (district of Hamburg-Mitte, district 103) is established. The area shall be limited as follows: Northern and eastern boundary of parcel 2072, eastern boundary of parcel 2070 (Am Sandtorpark), via parcels 2070 and 2071 (Am Dalmannkai), southern borders of parcels 1915, 1914 and 1913, over parcel 2071, west borders of parcels 2071, 1913, 2012 and 2011, north borders of the parcels 2011 and 2112, western boundary of parcels 1911, over the parcel 2072 of the landmark Altstadt-Süd.针对桑托港（Sandtorhafen）东侧区域（汉堡米特区103号街区）制定的汉堡港口城3号开发规划（HafenCity 3）正式确立。该区域的四至范围划定如下：以地块（parcel）2072的北侧与东侧边界为界，沿地块2070（桑托公园路Am Sandtorpark）的东侧边界，途经地块2070与2071（达尔曼卡伊路Am Dalmannkai），依次沿地块1915、1914与1913的南侧边界布设，穿过地块2071，再沿地块2071、1913、2012与2011的西侧边界，以地块2011与2112的北侧边界为界，最终以地块1911的西侧边界为西界，途经地标老城南（Altstadt-Süd）所属的地块2072。
