Here, we explored the circRNA expression profiles of adult and neonatal mouse ovaries by high-throughput sequencing. A total of 28,000 circRNAs were identified in adult and neonatal ovaries The results showed that 343 circRNAs were up-regulated and 146 circRNAs were down-regulated in adult ovaries compared with neonate ovaries. Overall design: Examination of circRNA expression profiles in adult and neonatal mouse ovaries.
