Parkes observations for project P885 semester 2022OCTS_03

We request a continued modest monitoring cadence of once every 10 days for two radio magnetars, to track their rotation, flux density, and polarisation. 1E 1547.0-5408 has just suffered a 'hiccup' in radiative properties as well as in its rotation, and the near-term response to this event remains unclear. Swift J1818.0-1607 remains quite dynamic, and the unique UWL capabilities promise new opportunities to probe still mysterious radio emission mechanisms in magnetars. We will observe XTE J1810-197 and PSR J1622-4950, which has just ceased emission, less frequently. The overall request is 18 hours.

我们申请对两颗射电磁星（radio magnetar）维持每10天一次的适度监测节奏，以追踪其自转、流量密度与偏振特性。编号为1E 1547.0-5408的磁星近期在辐射特性与自转方面均出现异常扰动，目前针对该事件的短期响应机制仍不明确。编号为Swift J1818.0-1607的天体仍处于高度活跃状态，其独有的超宽频（UWL）观测能力为探究磁星中尚未完全阐明的射电辐射机制提供了全新契机。我们将以更低的观测频次对XTE J1810-197与刚停止射电辐射的脉冲星PSR J1622-4950开展观测。本次观测申请的总时长为18小时。
