FRM Local Plan Districts (LPDs)

Flood Risk Management Local Plan Districts (LPDs) are geographical areas that are designated for flood management under the Flood Risk Management Act (Scotland) 2009. These areas have been based on river catchments that can cross administrative and institutional boundaries, in some locations local edits have been made to ensure locations which are part of the same sewer catchment have not been split across LPDs. SEPA and responsible authorities use these areas for the co-ordination of flood risk management in Scotland and to develop ongoing partnership working.洪水风险管理地方规划区（Local Plan Districts，简称LPDs）是依据《2009年（苏格兰）洪水风险管理法案》划定的洪水风险管理专用地理区域。此类区域以河流汇水区为基础划定，可跨越行政与管理边界；部分区域还进行了局部调整，以确保同一污水汇水区的范围不会被拆分至不同的LPD中。苏格兰环境保护局（Scottish Environment Protection Agency，简称SEPA）及各主管当局依托这些区域统筹苏格兰境内的洪水风险管理工作，并推动建立持续的伙伴协作机制。
